Skins shoppers were not selecting the “right”solution for their needs due to the complexity of their range and a poor of understanding of compression garments. Skins required a modular and scalable solution to accommodate the various retail environments across the world.
iCandy Creative developed an “assisted selling solution”. Shoppers would begin on the platform where you are weighed and assessed. The display would then dynamically illuminate once the scan was completed allowing the shopper to easily select the right product from the correct range.
The “assisted selling solution” increased sales significantly compared to stores without.
The scalability and flexibility of the system enabled Skins to deploy over 200 displays of varying designs in key sporting retailers and mass-merchants throughout Australia,New Zealand, Japan, France, Ireland, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, UK and the US. iCandy Creative project managed the logistics and deployment of this entire programme.
